lovely, sunny location above the village of Hüttau. You
are the sole occupier of this large, detached house, so privacy
is guaranteed! The furnishing is very atmospheric. For instance,
a lot of wood and country furniture was used. The holiday home
covers three floors and has no less than seven separate bedrooms.
In addition, there is a large roofed terrace facing South with
a breathtaking view over the area. This terrace should be considered
a second living room, for it even has a fire place. Surrounding
the house, there is a gigantic garden/field of no less than 1000
m2. Thanks to its location in the heart of Sportwelt Amade, you
can choose from many skiing areas, such as Altenmarkt, Zauchensee,
Flachau or Wagrain. All in all, an ideal holiday home for a succesful

the opportunity to get up to whatever he or she would like. Just
a few minutes away (10-15 min.) by car is one of the nice little
towns surrounding the area. There is also much to see in towns

court Oberau is an ideal choice. Oberau lies at an altitude of
900 m. in a beautiful area with a view at the Hochkönig.
Niedernfritz is a village section of the 3 km. further situated
Hüttau. The court offers, besides the child friendly farm
house ( you can help there if you want ) of the owner, a great
characteristic wooden chalet from 1749! This wooden authentic
chalet is restored on the inside and offers accommodation to
4 persons. You have access to a terrace/ laying meadow with garden
furniture and a barbeque. But also next to the house is a covered
terrace with cosy wooden furniture where it is a nice stay. Lovely
walks can be made directly from the bungalow and the children
will amuse themselves nicely in the childrens playground with
amongst others a trampoline and a table tennis table is available. |
